Terms and Conditions

Payment:

We accept cash and credit card payments. Card payments incur a 3.3% fee to cover the payment processor's fee. Repairs will be invoiced upon completion and are due immediately.

We do not accept checks. Please be prepared in the event that internet access is limited or unavailable at your service location.

Cancellation policy:

Once your appointment is confirmed (via text or email), you have the ability to cancel your appointment free of charge until 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Weekends do not count. For example, a Monday 10AM appointment can be cancelled up until 9:59 AM on Thursday of the week prior. The short-notice cancellation charge is $120, subject to change. Should the appointment fail to be rescheduled within 14 calendar days of the cancellation, any materials or parts that were purchased specifically for your repair will be charged to you (maximum 30 day grace period if the appointment is rescheduled multiple times).

Absent Upon Arrival:

If our Technician arrives at your RV and there is no one available to allow the technician access to the RV within 10 minutes, we will start the clock as if we were working on your RV. Standard Labor rates apply.

Warranty:

Most parts carry their own manufacturer's warranty. If parts are sourced through lower-cost distributors like Amazon, etc. product warranties may be limited or non-existent. Please ask for additional details about your specific repair.

We warranty our installation labor for 60 days after work is completed and invoiced.

Mobile Service Fees are non-refundable, unless an exception is made at Reno-Tahoe Mobile RV Repair's discretion.

Prepayment and deposits:

Some repairs will require substantial parts and/or materials costs. In these cases, a deposit may be required in order to initiate the purchase of said parts. Any prepayment or deposit will be applied as a credit to the final invoice once repairs are completed.
